Delivery

Standard delivery is free on every order Australia-wide, with no minimum spend. Every parcel travels with tracking, and there is no surcharge at checkout.

What happens How long
We prepare and pack your order 1–3 business days
Your parcel travels to you after dispatch 5–10 business days
Regional and remote areas (parts of WA, NT, TAS and the outback) Can take longer

Business days run Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. In the weeks before Christmas, and during severe weather, please allow a few extra days.

Tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email on the day your order is dispatched. See Track your order for what each status means.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, and delivery is free, so the checkout total is final.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in every Australian state and territory. We do not deliver outside Australia at the moment.
