Returns & refunds
Free returns for 30 days from delivery. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging, free of charge. Your prepaid label comes by email, and you never need to explain why.
How it works
- Write to homecuisvera@gmail.com, listing your order number and each product you are sending back.
- Within 1 business day you receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the items in their original packaging, attach the label and lodge the parcel with the carrier.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of your return reaching us.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Let us know with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a free return and a repair, replacement or refund. This applies even after 30 days.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
